Swords, equivalent to the suit of spades in playing card decks, symbolize intellect, mindfulness, and occasionally misfortune and sorrow. Our headmates under the suit of Swords also tend to be linked in one way or another to combat or often find themselves to be sharp weapons in the face of danger. In this way, Swords tends to be a mixed bag: Those who cleave a way with cleverness, and those who cleave a way by the tip of a blade.
That came off as a little dramatic. We're not going around hitting people with swords, I promise.
